As I have developed this blog, I am glad to say I have actually turned all of them in on time! although there were a few times where i had a momentary lapse in memory and almost forgot I still have work due by mid-day on every friday! If i didn’t procrastinate until last minute maybe I wouldn’t have to stress too much. But still, I am going to give myself an “A”!
In terms of the physical completion of every blog post so far I would give myself a solid “B”. I am pretty positive I completed all instructions given and in the correct format. But the only reason I would take away some points is because, if I gave myself more time, I would be able write much clearer and more concise content.
I honestly cannot say with complete confidence that I have completed every blog so far to the full depth of my capability. I am afraid to say that the majority of these blogs have been published in the form of a shitty first draft. Although I have attempted to keep a keen eye on spelling and I try to not hold back too many of the crazy thoughts that pop into my head as I write. So for this part I have to give myself an honest “C”. (Although who wants to give themselves a “C”? that just sucks.. then again how pitifully “in-depth” is the answer I just gave above? hardly answered the question. Average at best!)
My blog is completly cleen of any speling errers! We are supposed to rely completely on spell-check correct? Because that feature is always correct. But, on a more serious note, my punctuation, spelling, and overall structuring/formatting of my blogs has a pretty good flow in my opinion that i think works well towards getting my messages across. I will give myself an “A” in this category.
All my creativity in this blog is directed purely through my writing. However, in my opinion, a lot of my creativity is only allowed to thrive given the prompt allows for a little more playful flow. What it boils down to is, if I am actually truly interested in the writing, I really enjoy every headachy minute trying to put my thoughts on the computer. But if the prompt bores me or comes across as too mentally taxing I will tend to get a defeated attitude and my creativity will get crushed. Given this will be the 6th blog post of the semester I can honestly say about 66.67% of the material posted to this point has achieved my full attention and actually intrigued my writing style. And on my scale a 66.67% is equal to a solid “B”.
The audience my blog is directed towards does not come across entirely clearly. It almost seems to be directed towards anyone who is interested in reading it (So, just Ms. Browning.. I hope she enjoys!).
Physically, this blog has not changed in any way other than having a few hundred more words added every week. But, the blog is clearly shifting content-wise to compliment the focus of our classes each week and help drive the concepts into our thick skulls before we party those brain cells away over the weekend. I suppose that is why the blogs are due at 2 pm on friday and not midnight. So no one has an excuse to get out of the weekend R&R.
